16px;">王同学说，她对外卖包装有偿使用非常理解，实际上该订单已经收取1元包装费。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">令她感到不满的是这份外卖在口味费中额外夹杂了包装费：<strong>“我认为这是一种欺骗行为，因为外卖已经收取我的包装费，口味需要什么额外包装呢？”</strong>王同学表示，自己在意的并不是那2.99元额外支出，而是消费背后的不透明。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">事发后，王同学积极联系外卖平台希望协商退款，但<strong>平台方以“无权干涉商家收取外卖包装费”为由拒绝了王同学的诉求。</strong>至今，王同学的问题也没有得到回应解决。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">这不是王同学一人的遭遇。<strong>现代快报记者在外卖平台点单时，发现不同店铺包装费价格不一，有0.5元、1元、2元、4元、6元不等。</strong>其中一份原价42元的披萨，店铺优惠价29.4元，打包费6元，总价超35元。关于外卖打包费的投诉并不少，现代快报记者在“黑猫投诉”上分别以两大外卖平台包装费为关键词进行搜索，看到与“美团包装费”相关投诉信息有81条，与“饿了么包装费”相关投诉信息有138条。</span></p><p><section 16px;">红星新闻记者在“曼玲粥店”下单食品就看到，<strong>下单一个老面馒头价格为1.9元，按照包装收费标准，每份馒头需额外收取1元打包费。下单3个馒头，总价为5.7元，额外支付馒头打包费3元。此外，一枚2.9元的茶叶蛋，也同样要按照每份1元收取打包费。</strong>记者购买2份茶叶蛋总价为5.8元，另还需支付2元打包费。换言之，购买以上食品的总价达到16.5元，其中食品价格为11.5元，打包费为5元，占比接近一半。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">收餐后红星新闻记者看到，<strong>其中3个馒头分装在2个餐盒中；而2枚茶叶蛋则装进了一个纸袋中。</strong>记者致电该餐厅，一工作人员表示，线上是自动收费，如果是在门店购买后打包带走，装茶叶蛋的纸袋子不会单独收费，食品能装在一个餐盒都尽量放一个，最终使用了多少个餐盒，就收取多少费用。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">另一名自称该店铺负责人的工作人员表示，店铺打包费收取标准系公司整体规定。对于出现每个食品都单独收取打包费，或未使用打包盒却多收打包费的情况，该负责人表示不清楚。后经协商，该店主退回3.9元的打包费。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">此外，在一家“蓉城冒菜”红星新闻记者下单一份冒菜和米饭打包费为2元，但<strong>如果需要在冒菜中额外增加其他菜品，每增加一份菜品，就需额外支付0.3元打包费。</strong>记者询问该店家了解到，<strong>所有增加的菜品并不会单独进行包装，而是一起加入到订单中的冒菜里，最后送到顾客手中的餐盒也仅有一个。</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">随后，记者又致电饿了么平台客服，客服人员表示商家会综合包装成本等因素收取包装费用。如果用户下单后，遇到高额包装费问题，可以向平台进行反馈，平台会进行核实处理。<strong>“平台接到用户投诉后，也会对商家进行监管。”</strong>当记者问外卖包装费由谁收取，该客服人员表示并不知情。</span></p><p><span
