justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">大赛分为创新创业标兵赛、创新创业项目赛两项赛事（以下</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">简称标兵赛、项目赛）。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（一）标兵赛。聚焦有理想、有本领、有担当、勇于创新创造、敢为人先、锐意奋进、砥砺奋斗，以自身的实际行动帮助和带动更多劳动者就业创业的青年创新创业人才，重在讲述青年人才的创新创业“好故事”。通过参赛选手讲述自身创业经历、创业成就、创业感悟等，评出一批根植丰县、影响力大，所创办实体创新力优、品牌知名度高、勇于履行社会责任、积极回馈社会的优秀创新创业青年人才。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（二）项目赛。聚焦10个国家先进制造业集群和16个重点集群等领域青年人才创新创业项目，重点展示青年人才创新创业的“金点子”。通过参赛项目展示先进技术、发展前景、投资价值和带动就业潜力等，评出一批主业突出、创新能力强、技术含量高、市场前景好、带动力强的优秀青年人才创新创业项目。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">四、参赛条件</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（一）基本条件</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">普通或成人高校及中专（技）校毕业生或在校生、登记失业人员、复员转业退役军人、返乡人员等1983年1月1日（含）后出生的创业群体。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">1. 标兵赛参赛条件</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（1）凭借自身专业技术和能力成功创办实体，在丰县境内工商、民政等职能部门登记注册，本人为实体负责人。实体规范经营，信用记录良好，无违法违纪等行为。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（2）在丰县开展创业活动，创新创业成果显著、积极履行社会责任，帮助或引导其他劳动者就业创业，具有较高知名度和较强的示范引领作用。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">2. 项目赛参赛条件</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（1）项目具有较高的科技含量、创新的技术和较好的市场前景，符合我县推动战略性新兴产业融合集群发展方向，符合新业态、新技术、新模式的发展趋势，具有一定经济或社会价值，有效发挥创业带动就业作用。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（2）项目的产品、技术等归属项目实体，相关知识产权的著作权人、专利权人、商标权人为项目实体、项目负责人或项目团队核心成员（需为项目实体专职工作人员，并由创业实体缴纳社保），与其他单位无知识产权纠纷。项目实体规范经营、信用记录良好、无违法违纪等行为。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（二）其他条件</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">1. 参赛对象仅可选择两项赛事中一项进行报名。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">2. 参赛对象在往届县、市级创业大赛中评为“创业标兵”和获得三等奖及以上荣誉的项目，不能在同一赛事重复报名。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">3. 参赛对象同意在媒体公开本人及团队、项目、创业实体等有关信息。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 0px">1. 标兵赛参赛选手</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（1）填写《标兵赛参赛标兵报名表》（附件1）；</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（2）创业标兵选手身份证、学历证书（学生证、退伍证、就业创业证等）、营业执照、知识产权证书、投融资合同、获奖证书、企业介绍（包含创业历程）等相关证明材料的电子扫描件和纸质复印件；</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（3）VCR（或PPT）介绍（时长5分钟，主要内容包括创业历程、创业成效、社会效应、带动就业和创业引领性）。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（4）选手生活照及所创办实体照片各不少于3张。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">2. 项目赛参赛选手</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（1）填写《项目赛参赛项目报名表》（附件2）；</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（2）项目商业计划书（内容主要包括项目团队构成，项目产品特征、服务形式、市场需求，项目实体运营模式、发展规划、财务状况、融资情况等）；</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（3）法人或项目负责人身份证件、学历证书(学生证、退伍证、就业创业证等)、营业执照、知识产权证书、投融资合同、获奖证书等相关证明材料的电子扫描件和纸质复印件；</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 0px">参赛选手可选择自主报名或由各镇、街道、开发区等相关单位推荐参赛，参赛选手需先提交电子材料，经初审合格后报送纸质材料。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（一）标兵赛</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">采取“选手演讲+提问作答+评委评分” （5+4+1）的形式进行，即选手演讲5分钟，评委提问选手作答4分钟，评委评分1分钟。通过个人风采展示，现场专家评委评分，最终确定3名创业标兵。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（二）项目赛</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">采取“项目路演＋提问作答+评委评分”（5+4+1）的形式进行，即项目路演5分钟，评委提问选手作答4分钟，评委评分1分钟。通过项目展示、评审提问、选手答辩等环节，按决赛得分从高到低产生项目赛各奖项。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">选手演讲、项目路演可配合使用PPT，不得播放视频。竞赛期间可现场展示项目产品。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">八、奖励与扶持</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（一）大赛奖项设置</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">1. 创业标兵类：3名，每人奖金1万元。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">2. 创业项目类：一等奖1名，奖金2万元；二等奖2名，奖金1.5万元；三等奖2名，奖金1万元，优秀奖若干名。</p><p align="" 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">获奖团队（个人）可优先获得丰县大学生创业园办公研发场地使用权，按照《县政府办公室关于印发丰县大学生创业园管理办法（试行）的通知》（丰政办发〔2012〕101号），执行入驻和退出机制。</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">（三）大学生优秀创业项目推荐</p><p align="" style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 宋体;font-size: 19px;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px">获奖项目可优先推荐申报徐州市和江苏省大学生优秀创业项目，获批市级优秀项目可获5万元资金奖励；获批省级优秀项目，可再获3-10万元资金奖励。</p><p align="" style="text-align:
