<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">你们好！暑假已经过半，同学们或是惬意游览风景名胜，或是尽情徜徉在知识的海洋，又或是怡然享受温馨的家庭生活……欢度快乐暑假的同时，请大家一定要把交通安全牢记心间。为切实保障学生出行安全，丰县公安局交警大队持续加强学生群体交通安全宣传教育，同时请家长积极配合做好对学生交通安全教育监管，确保学生交通安全。为此，丰县公安局交警大队现向广大家长朋友提出如下倡议：</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1、教育孩子学习、遵守交通安全法规，积极、主动、自觉地维护交通秩序。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》及相关法律规定，电动自行车、电动轻便摩托车和电动摩托车都必须按照规定悬挂号牌，未悬挂号牌的不得上道路行驶。未满12周岁不得骑行自行车；未满16周岁不得骑行电动自行车；未满18周岁且未取得相应机动车驾驶证，不得骑行电动轻便摩托车、电动摩托车和普通摩托车等交通工具。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2、年满16周岁骑行电动自行车须悬挂号牌、佩戴符合国家3C质量认证的安全头盔。不得并排骑行、不强行超车、不超速行驶、不随意变更车道、不闯红灯，后座不得载人，安全文明驾驶。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">3、家长要自觉承担起家庭教育和监护责任。注重家庭教育，抓好子女交通安全教育，增强学生的交通安全观念，培养文明交通意识。家长坚持以身作则，拒绝给未满16周岁的孩子购买和提供电动自行车。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4、教育孩子出行要乘坐车况好、牌照齐全的车辆，严禁乘坐无牌照、无保险、车况差、超员和报废车辆，乘坐电动自行车、摩托车时要规范佩戴安全头盔，乘坐汽车时要规范使用安全带或安全座椅；严禁乘坐货运车、摩托车、机动三轮车、农用车等非营运车辆。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5、教育孩子不要边走路边看书、玩手机或追逐打闹。横穿马路要走人行横道，没有人行横道的要注意来往车辆，做到“一停、二看、三通过”，不要在车辆临近时突然横穿。通过有信号灯控制的路口，要走人行横道并服从交警和信号灯的指挥，不得闯红灯。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">6、在带孩子出行时，应主动服从交警和学校安保人员的指挥，要按规定停靠车辆，做到安全文明行驶，不得超速超员、不闯红灯，不争道抢行。</span>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">孩子的安全是我们最大的牵挂，交通安全关系到孩子的一生，也维系着每一个家庭的幸福。让我们积极行动起来，从自己做起，从现在做起，共同努力为孩子撑起一片平安的蓝天，为孩子的出行创造良好的道路交通环境。</span>
