本细则适用对象为全国范围内持《中华人民共和国退役军人优待证》《中华人民共和国烈士、因公牺牲军人、病故军人遗属优待证》的人员（以下简称优待对象）。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">第三条 优待对象凭本人优待证，在徐州市行政区域内免费乘坐城市公交（不含定制公交、城际公交、城乡公交）、地铁；免门票参观游览国有博物馆、纪念馆、美术馆等公共文化设施和实行政府定价或指导价管理的公园、展览馆、名胜古迹、旅游景区，园中园、园内收费服务项目除外。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">第四条 优待对象乘坐城市公交时，应主动出示优待证，经驾驶员或工作人员核验后免费乘车。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">第五条 优待对象乘坐地铁时，应主动出示优待证，经工作人员办理换票手续后免费乘坐。</span></p><p 对使用伪造、变造的优待证免费乘坐公共交通工具、免费游园的，依据相关法律规定处理。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">第十条
