center;">垃圾清理整治</span>以来，重点对路两边、沟塘周围、房前屋后进行整治，如今的和集村路面硬化了，村庄绿化了，太阳能路灯亮起来了，村民的生产生活条件大幅改善。从昔日的“脏乱差”到如今的“洁净美”，和集村的改变正是首羡镇大力推进<span style="text-align: center;">村庄垃圾清理整治</span>的真实写照。</span></p><section><p sans-serif;">走进和集村村民高安深的小院，漂亮的砖瓦房，整洁的庭院，明亮的窗户，攀爬了整面墙的藤蔓，井然有序摆放着的各种绿植盆景。71岁的高安深闲暇之余，在自家门前、院里空地上栽种花草，整个庭院看上去就像是一个小型植物园。“现在俺们村各家各户都很干净，家家讲卫生，每天打理一下花草心情很好。”高安深一边剪枝一边说。和集村以“美丽庭院”创建为抓手，鼓励和发动群众参与打造美丽乡村，助力乡风文明建设。以家庭“小美”聚合成乡村“大美”，文明新风从环境美向生活美转变、由外在美向内涵美提升。</span></p></section><section><p sans-serif;">“废坑塘”变身乡村“风景线”。在治理前，村内坑塘周边杂草丛生、垃圾遍地，夏天蚊子多、臭味大，村“两委”下定决心对现有坑塘进行整治修复，变害为利、变废为宝。在坑塘治理过程中，将坑塘的打造与人居环境建设紧密结合起来，以大型机械和人工清理相结合，对废弃坑塘垃圾、杂草、污水等问题进行全面清理。通过沿岸两侧绿化，放养鱼苗，设置围栏设施，建设小广场，将废弃多年的坑塘打造成为村民休闲娱乐的好去处。村民们在这里散步、钓鱼、观景、健身，村庄变美了，群众心里更美了。</span></p></section></section></section><section
