SimKai;">经评审认定引进的高层次人才的适龄子女在丰县接受义务教育，按照《中共丰县县委、丰县人民政府关于印发<丰县“凤城英才计划”实施办法>的通知》(丰委发〔2021〕16 号)相关规定安排入学。对烈士子女、符合条件的现役军人子女、消防救援人员子女、公安英模和因公牺牲伤残警察子女、因见义勇为死亡或者致残人员的适龄子女等优抚对象，必须于7月13日前分别向县委人才办、县武装部、县应急管理局、县公安局等有关单位（部门）提交申请及证明材料，由有关单位（部门）审核并在一定范围内进行公示后，连同优抚的相关文件，于7月21日前交县教育局，由县教育局统筹安排。因个人原因未在规定时间内提交申请及有关材料的，或未经有关单位（部门）审核认定并公示的，视为自动放弃。</span></p><section SimKai;">（一）坚持学生户籍与法定监护人在同一户籍、法定监护人居住房产证明与实际居住地保持一致的基本原则，公办学校施教区内生源过多时，优先接纳施教区内户籍、房屋产权证与实际居住地一致的学生入学。学生父母与他人共有房产的，其父母占有份额须在60%以上。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 35px;"><span style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai;">（二）为确保适龄儿童顺利入学，有下列情形之一者，可视为符合要求：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 35px;"><span style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai;">1.学生的户籍随父母一方在本地居住，另一方户籍不在本地，以在本地居住的父母一方的房产确定学生的施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 35px;"><span style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai;">2.学生的户籍随祖父母或外祖父母且在施教区内常住，其父母双方均为不在本县的现役军人（含武警）及公派出国工作的专家、技术人员，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生的施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 35px;"><span style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai;">3.施教区的划分应以学生监护人的房产为依据，城区（主城区）无房产，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生施教区的，须同时满足以下三个条件：<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>①城区（主城区）户籍；②户籍随父(母)户籍和祖父母或外祖父母户籍在一起且从未迁移过，并在祖父母或外祖父母的房产内实际常住；③经核实学生父母双方在丰县城区均未有其他住房。</strong></span></strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 35px;"><span
