170);"><strong>要第一时间处理伤口，及时全程接种狂犬疫苗</strong></span>。”宋晓哲指出，狂犬疫苗接种原则是接种越早效果越好，最好在被咬后的24小时内。对已暴露数日、数月因种种原因一直未接种狂犬疫苗的人，也应尽快进行补种，争取抢在发病之前让疫苗起作用。狂犬疫苗是十分安全的，婴幼儿也可以正常接种，不会影响儿童的生长发育。</span><br/></p><p
