wrap;">1、发现无成年人陪伴的未成年人（具体以现场照片、视频和报警记录等为证，经警方核实确系未成年人）在河流、湖泊、池塘、水潭、水库等水域内游泳、戏水等情况，及时拨打110的，视情给予<strong><span style="color: rgb(55, 163, 189);">100元</span></strong>奖励；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;margin-bottom: 4px;text-wrap: wrap;">2、发现无成年人陪伴的未成年人（具体以现场照片、视频和报警记录等为证，经警方核实确系未成年人）在河流、湖泊、池塘、水潭、水库等水域内游泳、戏水等情况，及时成功制止的，视情给予<span style="color: rgb(55, 163, 189);"><strong>500元以下</strong></span>奖励；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;margin-bottom: 4px;text-wrap: wrap;">3、发现未成年人落水，在确保自身安全情况下，能够积极施救，避免危险发生的，按照见义勇为相关规定予以确认并奖励。视情给予<strong><span style="color: rgb(55, 163, 189);">2000元-10000元</span></strong>奖励；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;">4、本奖励办法不主张未成年人或不会游泳的成年人下水施救，可用大声呼救、报警、利用救生设施等方式进行施救。</p></section></section></section><section wrap;">1、奖励由事发地县（市）区级见义勇为基金会负责，具体奖励办法请各地基金会结合本地区实际研究确定；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 4px;text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;">2、奖励事项的调查核实、推荐申报工作由事发地公安机关（见义勇为工作站）负责，市局水警支队（水域管理分局）负责指导、监督；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 4px;text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;">3、对被认定有功的群众，未确认为见义勇为人员的奖励，按照奖励范围和标准第1条和第2条执行；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 4px;text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;">4、多人举报同一行为的，奖励第一举报人；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;">5、坚持实事求是，严禁弄虚作假。严禁举报人通过抖音、微信、微博等平台发布、炒作相关内容，严禁通过任何途径泄露公民个人隐私。违者按规定追究相关法律责任。</p></section></section></section><section
