丰县社区经济发展的“领头羊”：赵峰

powered-by="xiumi.us">今年52岁的赵峰是中阳里街道汇丰社区党委书记、居委会主任，2013年，他从电动车制造行业迈入了为民服务的社区工作中。初入社区时，很多人都劝他说，社区工作很杂、很累，但他义无反顾。在赵峰带领下，汇丰社区走出了一条实力强、后劲足、群众心齐气顺的发展新路子，社区先后被评为全国综合减灾示范社区、江苏省民族团结进步模范集体，2021年被评为江苏省“红石榴家园”、徐州市先进基层党组织。</p><section normal;">赵峰上任以来，首先从老百姓最关心的基础设施建设入手。2014年，在赵峰同志的带领下，社区完成所有居住小区的环境整治，大大改善了居民生活条件。2019年又对社区北门东西巷进行路面黑化3000平方，改造外立面徽派建筑面积1000平方米。2019年底，他又“聚焦富民、扩大集体增收渠道”，及早谋划特色村寨建设，改造绿化500米护城河道路，打造古韵凤城--护城河景观。2020年对辖区内老旧小区凤鸣新村、滨河花园、民族园和纸箱厂宿舍路面进行硬化、道路黑化、墙面美化、安装路灯。社区的居住环境有效改善，赵峰得到群众一致称赞。</p></section></section></section><section normal;">“老年助餐服务”是关系老年人切身利益的民生实事，也是基本养老服务体系建设的重要内容。为让社区老年人不动手就能在家门口吃上“热乎饭”，在赵峰的带领下汇丰社区幸福驿站正式启用。走进幸福驿站，赵峰一边检查食材卫生情况，一边对记者介绍说：“这里对我们社区60岁以上的老人免费就餐，我们采用‘政府补一点、社会力量捐一点、个人掏一点’的建设模式，尽最大努力让老人们吃得开心、吃得放心。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;">驿站工作人员张文民说：“赵峰对幸福驿站非常上心，经常会来我们这里看看，发现问题就立刻解决。你看，现在找来的人正给我们安装电视，这样老年人就可以边吃饭边看电视放松一下。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;">2021年，汇丰社区利用三万平方商业内街，改造融耀新城商业房150间，融入老北关美食文化元素，增加建筑外立面亮化、街区美食文化景观小品、民族团结红石榴家园网红打卡地，非遗羊食博物馆建设等，打造一个凸显地域特色，彰显民族文化，突出商业重点的商业综合体。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">“现在这里的几家餐饮生意都不错，接下来，计划把小孩的游乐场引进来，再把地摊经济搞起来，这样就能把街区的人流带动起来，今年的重点任务就是把项目启动起来。”赵峰对记者介绍说。据了解，项目实施以后，吸纳1000余名人员就业，带动少数民族聚居区经济发展。增加丰县的新亮点，人们夜间消费的新去处，传播丰县文化的新途径，成为丰县人常来，外地人必到的新地标。</p></section></section></section><section
