0);">对于工业企业，《通知》明确，要加强非生产空调负荷运行管理，在无电力负荷缺口时段，工厂非生产空调温度设置应不低于26摄氏度；在电力负荷紧张时段，厂区办公场所空调温度设置应不低于27摄氏度，员工就餐区空调缩短使用时长、集中错峰用电，使用时段控制在11:00-13:00，17:00-19:00；厂区宿舍在人离开时段严格关闭空调设备。</span></p><p transparent;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 对于商业建筑，大型商超、酒店、写字楼等商业建筑要优化楼宇空调负荷控制策略，提升节约用电管理水平；在无电力负荷缺口时段，商业建筑空调温度设置应不低于26摄氏度；</span><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong style="outline: 0px;">在电力负荷紧张时段，应根据营业时间、人流量、功能等分层分区调整空调调控策略；</strong></span><span style="outline: 0px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;background-color: transparent;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">酒店餐饮、生鲜超市等空调温度设置应不低于27摄氏度，写字楼等其他商业建筑可采用“1+1”调控策略，即提前开启空调1小时，在高峰时段关闭1小时。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;outline: 0px;color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0);"><strong style="outline: 0px;">在电力负荷紧张时段，党政机关办公场所高峰时段9:00-11:00关闭空调一小时</strong></span><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong style="outline: 0px;">，</strong></span><span
