剖宫产手术时，医生把孩子大腿掰骨折：已停职！

0.5px;">“护士给孩子洗澡，不知道看出来没有，洗了20分钟，孩子哭了20分钟。”张女士向红星新闻表示，事情发生后，家人抱着出生仅两天的孩子奔波于天津、北京多家医院进行治疗。因为大腿骨折，还导致孩子阴茎充血、阴囊水肿，每次小便都哇哇大哭。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 16px;margin-left: 0.5px;">张女士说，治疗期间，孩子背部以下固定了蛙式架，没法抱起来喂奶和拍嗝，导致严重肠胀气；平躺着喂奶容易呛奶，导致肺炎，孩子出生不到两个月已经住院两次。目前，孩子还处于恢复期，腿上的支具撤掉了，治疗费和交通费花了七八万元，后面还要定期进行复查。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 16px;margin-left: 0.5px;">张先生说，处理医患纠纷有三个途径，第一是双方达成一致的情况下，院方认为自己有责任，可以协商赔偿一万元以内来解决；第二是天津市有医疗纠纷人民调解委员会，患者和院方可提供相关材料，进行评估调解；第三是进行法律诉讼。目前，患者和院方走的是第二条路径，即到医疗纠纷人民调解委员会解决。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 0.5px;">张女士表示，院方应该报销给孩子看病的医疗费、路费，还有其在武清区中医医院的住院费，加上孩子1岁之前的剩余治疗费、营养费、护理费、护工费、家属精神损失费等，共计624861元。“孩子会走路后，我们还会对他的腿部恢复情况做检查和鉴定，如果到时候孩子有残疾或者其他没恢复好的情况，医院需要继续对孩子负责。”</span></section><section 0.5px;">武清区中医医院认为张女士的心情可以理解，但赔偿要求过高。“如果手术环节有瑕疵，医生该处罚的会处罚，但医生来医院上班，这件事由医院来承担。”张先生说，医院愿意给张女士10万元补偿，但对方觉得不能低于60多万元。“后续经过鉴定，如果孩子有其他问题，医院该承担的还是会承担，但这个诉求（赔偿60多万元）已经超出医院上限很高了。”</span></section><section
