159);"><strong>（一）全面做好假期安全教育。</strong></span>暑假期间，各地各校要严防溺水、食物中毒、触电、交通事故、自然灾害和火灾等安全事故，放假前要专门开展安全教育活动，提高师生的安全意识和自防自救能力。要通过家长会、致家长一封信和发布安全提示、发送公益短信等方式，督促家长履行监护责任，加强对孩子的安全监护，及时了解孩子外出活动情况，确保暑期学生人身安全。</p><p 159);">（二）扎实做好假期学生心理关爱。</span></strong>各地各校要进一步提高思想认识，持续做好暑期学生心理健康关爱工作。放假前，要重点提醒家长关注假期期间学生心理健康情况。假期中，要充分发挥班主任和任课教师的作用，通过家访、电话、网络等多种渠道，畅通与学生及其家长的沟通联系，做到暑期学生心理健康工作意识不松懈、监督不缺位、服务不下线，为学生健康成长保驾护航。开学前后，要通过家校互动重点提醒、引导家长和学生做好情绪管理；开学后一周内不组织任何形式的考试。</p><p 159);">（一）丰富学生假期生活。</span></strong>各地各校要及时将放假时间告知师生和学生家长，引导学生家长坚持以促进学生健康快乐成长为出发点，对暑假生活作出合理安排，不盲目跟风参加校外培训，更多安排适合学生兴趣爱好特长、有利于学生身心健康的活动。暑假期间，各地各校可在条件许可情况下开放实验室、图书馆和运动场所等，供师生自主学习使用。同时，各地应充分利用乡村少年宫、科技馆、青少年校外活动中心、图书馆、博物馆、文化馆等社会资源，组织开展学生自愿参加的丰富多彩、寓教于乐的主题活动，帮助学生发展特长、调整心态、舒缓压力。</p><p 159);">（二）统筹管理假期作业。</span></strong>各校应在精准分析学情的基础上，科学合理布置暑假书面作业，学生每天的书面作业量要与平时的要求大体相当。提倡布置适合学生独立或合作完成的活动性、实践性、探究性的作业。要引导学生合理规划暑期作业时间，主动、自觉、认真完成暑期作业。各地各校应积极探索暑假学生体育家庭作业制度，帮助学生保持锻炼身体的习惯。</p><p 159);">（三）加强假期家校协作。</span></strong>假期中，学校要结合学生年龄段特点，通过多种渠道指导家长掌握与孩子有效沟通的技巧，提升沟通交流成效。指导家长尊重孩子的健康情趣，培养孩子良好的学习和生活习惯；积极引导学生按时作息，经常性参加户外活动，主动承担家务劳动，科学合理使用电子产品，不沉迷网络。各地各校要持续关注外来务工人员随迁子女、农村留守儿童、孤残儿童和经济困难家庭儿童假期生活，协同民政、团委、妇联等部门，通过“爱心暑托班”等形式提供更多的关爱与帮助。</p></section><section 159);">（一）规范中小学招生入学行为。</span></strong>各地各校要严格国家和省关于2023年普通中小学招生入学工作的相关要求，切实规范中小学招生秩序，全面推进中小学公民同招，坚决杜绝义务教育阶段考试或变相考试招生、将各种证书作为招生入学依据和参考的行为，坚决制止提前招生、超计划招生、跨区域招生，确保中小学招生工作健康有序平稳推进。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(28, 86, 159);">（二）加强中小学办学行为监管。</span></strong>教育行政部门要会同有关部门严防学科类培训机构暑期违规开班，坚决遏止学科类隐形变异培训，联合科技、文化和旅游、体育等部门加强非学科类培训机构监管，对违规行为要依法依规严肃处理。各地各校要针对有可能发生的教师有偿家教、在外兼职等问题进行警示教育，对于违规的人员要及时处理，情节严重的，要依纪依规给予处分。学校不得利用暑假时间组织集体补课，不得组织、要求或暗示学生到校外培训机构进行补课、培训。对违规违纪学校，教育行政部门要给予通报批评、取消评奖资格、撤销荣誉称号等处罚，并追究学校领导责任及相关部门的监管责任。</p></section><section
