!important;">今年以来，在省委、省政府坚强领导下，全省经济率先整体好转，起势有力、开局良好，全社会用电量持续攀升，电网最高用电负荷已达10415万千瓦，加之新能源发电装机持续增长，占全省发电装机容量的比例已超过33%，对电网调度运行提出更高要求。为服务以新能源为主体的新型电力系统建设，全面做好迎峰度夏、迎峰度冬期间的能源电力保供，更好地引导工业电力用户削峰填谷，服务保障民生用电需求，促进用能绿色低碳发展，根据《国家发展改革委关于进一步完善分时电价机制的通知》（发改价格〔2021〕1093号）精神，现就进一步完善分时电价政策，通知如下：</span></p><p 100%;cursor: text;font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1px;outline: none 0px !important;">为加大力度引导工业电力用户主动避峰，保障民生用电稳定供应，确保电力供需平稳，优化完善315千伏安及以上的工业用电夏、冬两季尖峰电价政策：</span><strong
