无证酒后驾驶车辆，丰县程某某被提起公诉

<p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 近日，丰县人民检察院以涉嫌危险驾驶罪对犯罪嫌疑人程某某提起公诉。</span><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体; font-size: 16px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    经审查，2022年9月18日21时16分许，犯罪嫌疑人程某某在未取得机动车驾驶证的情况下酒后驾驶小型普通客车上道路行驶，沿江苏省丰县白帝河南路东向西行驶时遇执勤民警示意停车检查，闯卡后继续行驶，至丰县向阳路由南向北行驶至与复兴路交叉路口处时，被执勤民警查获。经徐州市公安局物证鉴定所鉴定，犯罪嫌疑人程某某静脉血中检出乙醇，含量为：89.7mg/100mL血。</span><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体; font-size: 16px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    目前，案件正在进一步审理中。</span></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//bbs.221700.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_qMS" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
