1px;">三、执行工商业（或大工业、一般工商业）用电价格的用户（以下简称工商业用户），用电容量在100千伏安及以下的，执行单一制电价；100千伏安至315千伏安之间的，可选择执行单一制或两部制电价；315千伏安及以上的，执行两部制电价，现执行单一制电价的用户可选择执行单一制电价或两部制电价。选择执行需量电价计费方式的两部制用户，每月每千伏安用电量达到260千瓦时及以上的，当月需量电价按本通知核定标准90%执行。每月每千伏安用电量为用户所属全部计量点当月总用电量除以合同变压器容量。<br 1px;">六、省级价格主管部门要精心组织、周密安排，确保输配电价平稳执行，做好与电网企业代理购电制度等的协同，密切监测输配电价执行情况，发现问题及时报告我委（价格司）。电网企业要按照相关要求，严格执行本通知核定的输配电价，统筹推进电网均衡发展；对各电压等级的资产、费用、收入、输配售电量、负荷、用户报装容量、线损率、投资计划完成进度等与输配电价相关的基础数据进行统计归集，每年5月底前报我委（价格司）和省级价格主管部门。<br
