underline;">酒驾醉驾、闯红灯、超速行驶、逆向行驶、违法超员、违法载人、不按规定车道行驶、非法改装、未满16周岁驾驶电动自行车、驾乘人员不按规定佩戴安全头盔</span>等<strong>10类重点违法行为</strong>，不间断开展整治行动，坚决消除执法管控盲区。对电动自行车常见违法行为实施<strong>“六个一律”管理措施</strong>，即：查处电动自行车交通违法时一律进行实名制处罚；对未按规定佩戴安全头盔的一律先学习教育再依法处罚；对非法加装雨伞等妨碍安全驾驶设施的一律依法责令恢复原状；对电动自行车超员一律依法顶格处理；对非标电动四轮车和载客、搭载2人以上的非标电动三轮车一律先查扣再处理；对现场查获的交通违法快递外卖电动自行车一律引导到就近教育点进行不少于15分钟现场教育。</p></section></section></section></section><section
