border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">当前，消费市场恢复向好，特别是“五一”等重要节日来临，旅游消费需求日益增加。为进一步规范相关服务行业价格行为，切实维护人民群众合法权益，现就餐饮、住宿和旅游服务价格政策提醒告诫如下：</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》《江苏省价格条例》等法律法规。</strong></span>相关经营者要遵循公开、公平、诚实信用的原则，加强价格自律，切实履行社会责任，不得利用价格手段侵犯消费者的合法权益、扰乱市场价格秩序。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、严格执行明码标价规定。</strong></span>要在经营场所醒目位置公示服务内容、服务项目、收费标准、收费依据、减免政策、服务流程、服务规范和投诉举报电话等信息，接受社会监督。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">不得在标价之外加价出售商品或者提供服务；不得收取任何未予标明的费用。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、禁止价格欺诈行为。</strong></span><strong>不得</strong>以低价诱骗消费者，以高价进行结算；<strong>不得</strong>通过虚假折价、减价或者价格比较等方式销售商品或者提供服务；<strong>不得</strong>使用欺骗性、误导性的语言、文字、数字、图片或者视频等标示价格以及其他价格信息；<strong>不得</strong>不标示或者弱化标识对消费者不利的价格条件，诱骗消费者交易；<strong>不得</strong>无正当理由拒绝履行或者不完全履行价格承诺。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">四、禁止哄抬价格。</strong></span><strong>不得</strong>捏造、散布涨价信息，推动相关商品和服务价格大幅度上涨；<strong>不得</strong>在销售商品或者提供服务过程中，强制搭售商品或者服务，变相大幅度提高商品或者服务价格；<strong>不得</strong>在成本未明显增加时大幅度提高商品和服务价格。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">五、根据《中华人民共和国价格法》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律法规规定，<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">经营者违反明码标价规定的，责令改正，没收违法所得，可以并处</strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">5000元以下</strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">罚款；有价格欺诈行为的，最高可处</strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">50万元</strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">罚款；对推动商品和服务价格过快、过高上涨的，情节较重的处</strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">50万元以上300万元以下</strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">的罚款。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">相关经营者要对照上述要求，认真开展自查自纠，切实规范价格行为。市场监管部门将加大市场价格巡查检查力度，严厉打击不执行明码标价、价格欺诈、哄抬价格等价格违法行为。对经提醒告诫仍不整改，情节严重、影响恶劣的价格违法行为，将从严从重查处并公开曝光。消费者若发现违法线索，请及时拨打12315进行投诉举报。</p><p style="text-align:
