2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">为招聘优质教师，进一步优化师资队伍结构，有效化解学科结构不均衡的矛盾，根据《事业单位人事管理条例》《江苏省事业单位公开招聘人员办法》等有关规定，决定面向2023年毕业生公开招聘教师45名。现将有关事项公告如下：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、资格条件</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（一）应聘人员应具有中华人民共和国国籍，遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度；热爱教育事业，具备良好的品行和职业道德；身心健康，能正常履行岗位职责。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（二）招聘对象：2023年毕业生〔含2022年获得国（境）外学历学位人员，不含定向生、委培生〕。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2021年和2022年普通高校毕业生，若仍未落实工作单位〔须满足以下条件：未与用人单位签订过劳动（聘用）合同或未存在过事实劳动关系，未曾以单位名义参加社会保险〕，其档案关系仍保留在原毕业学校，或保留在各级毕业生就业主管部门（毕业生就业指导服务中心）、人才交流服务机构和公共就业服务机构的，以及国（境）外同期毕业且已完成学历认证但仍未落实工作单位的人员，可按2023年毕业生报名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（三）年龄条件：18周岁以上、35周岁以下（即1987年3月1日至2005年2月28日期间出生）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（四）学历学位条件：各岗位学历学位条件详见《丰县面向2023年毕业生公开招聘教师岗位表》（以下简称《岗位表》）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（五）教师资格条件：应聘人员须取得与岗位相适应的教师资格证或2023年8月1日前取得相应教师资格证。（相应教师资格证是指任教学科符合招聘岗位要求，任教学段高可以就低使用）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（六）户籍条件：本次招聘不限户籍。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（七）其他条件：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">具备《岗位表》中要求的其它各项资格条件（见附件1）。专业条件参照《江苏省2023年度考试录用公务员专业参考目录》设置。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2023年毕业生在报名时可先提供所在院校就业主管部门盖章的《毕业生双向选择就业推荐表》《毕业生就业协议书》，但须于2023年8月31日前取得相应学历学位证书；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">国（境）外学历学位应聘者须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的国（境）外学历学位认证证明。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（八）有下列情形之一的不得应聘：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">1.现役军人；普通高校在读非2023年毕业生；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2.尚未解除纪律处分或正在接受纪律审查的人员；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">3.刑事处罚期限未满的人员；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">4.涉嫌违法犯罪正在接受调查的人员；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">5.《事业单位人事管理回避规定》明确应当回避的岗位；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">6.有《未成年人学校保护规定》等相关法律、法规或上级政策要求不得从事教师职业的情形；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">7.国家和省规定不得应聘到事业单位有关岗位的人员。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、报名及资格审核</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">本次公开招聘采取分时分站现场报名、现场资格审核、分站考试的方式，所有符合资格条件的人员均可报名应聘。上一站招聘计划完成后，不再招聘同岗位人员，将在下一站继续招聘剩余空缺岗位，相关信息将提前在丰县人民政府网“丰县人事考试”版块（http://218.3.233.8:8181/Default）上发布。</p><p style="text-indent: border-box;">应聘人员现场报名（确认）时提供《丰县面向2023年毕业生公开招聘教师报名表》、本人有效期内居民二代身份证、2寸正面免冠彩色照片2张及电子版（以应聘人员姓名命名，jpg格式，320*240像素，大小在200KB以下，清晰可辨）及岗位要求所需的有关证明材料。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2023年毕业生还需提供以下材料：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">1.《毕业生双向选择就业推荐表》和《毕业生就业协议书》（或学校就业指导中心开具的网签证明）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2.学院或教务部门出具并加盖公章的在校期间全部课程成绩单。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">按2023年毕业生报名的2021年和2022年普通高校毕业生还需提供以下材料：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">1.毕业证、学位证等证书原件和复印件。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2.《择业期内未就业承诺书》。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">3.《毕业生就业协议书》（若为网签协议，须提供学校出具的空白协议证明）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">4.《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">以上材料均需提供原件和复印件并按顺序排放。因应聘人员提供的通讯方式无法联系到其本人，责任由应聘人员承担。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（四）资格审核</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">丰县教育局负责资格审核工作，并负责解释。资格审核合格的，由丰县教育局通知领取《准考证》。对应聘人员作出资格审核不合格决定时，告知应聘人员拟作出的决定及相关事实、理由和依据。应聘人员对资格审核结果如有异议，请及时向丰县教育局陈述申辩。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（五）报名注意事项</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">1.应聘人员应按岗位要求如实填写《丰县面向2023年毕业生公开招聘教师报名表》。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">【特别提醒：应聘人员务必诚信报名，参加报名即视为认可本次招聘公告确定的报名办法和招聘程序等规定，填写的个人信息应真实、准确、有效。应聘人员应确认本人完全符合相关岗位的资格条件，如对资格条件和岗位要求存在疑问，应及时向丰县教育局进一步咨询确认。如不符合资格条件仍然坚持报名的，由此产生的后果自行承担。资格审查工作贯穿于招聘工作全过程。在招聘各个环节，如发现应聘人员报名时填报信息不实、不符合资格条件、弄虚作假骗取应聘资格者，将随时终止或取消考试聘用资格。对扰乱报名秩序或者伪造学历证明及其他有关材料骗取考试资格等严重违纪违规行为的，将按照有关规定处理。】</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2.应聘人员只能选择一个岗位报名。未进行资格审核、资格审核不合格或已通过资格审核但报考岗位未达到开考比例的，可以再改（补）报其他岗位。资格审核通过后，不得更改报名信息。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">3.本次岗位开考比例见《岗位表》。报名结束后，报名成功人数达不到开考比例的岗位，相应核减招聘人数或取消该岗位招聘。对未达到开考比例的紧缺、急需岗位，经市事业单位人事综合管理部门核准后，可适当降低开考比例。降低开考比例或核减、取消招聘岗位的通知，将在公告发布网址上进行公布。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、考试</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">考试由丰县人社局和丰县教育局统一组织实施。考试分为笔试和面试。报考江苏省丰县中等专业学校面向研究生学历设置的岗位（岗位代码2101、2102、2103、2104）不参加笔试，直接进入面试环节。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（一）笔试</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">笔试主要考察学科专业知识等，总分100分，笔试不指定学习用书，笔试时间和地点以丰县教育局通知为准。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">应聘人员应按照规定的时间、地点，携带准考证和本人有效期内的二代身份证原件参加笔试。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">笔试阅卷结束后，划定笔试合格线，丰县教育局将笔试成绩公布在丰县人民政府网“丰县人事考试”版块（http://218.3.233.8:8181/Default），并负责从应聘该岗位笔试成绩合格人员中，按笔试成绩从高分到低分的顺序，按招聘岗位计划数1:3的比例确定参加面试的人选（末位成绩并列的，一并参加）。达不到该比例的，按实际人数确定面试人员名单。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">请已经通过资格审核人员保持报名时填报联系方式的通畅。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（二）面试</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">面试主要考察应聘者的专业素养、教育教学水平、心理素质、语言表达、组织协调能力、仪表举止等综合素质。面试时间和地点以丰县教育局通知为准。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">面试采用模拟授课与答辩相结合的方式进行。备课30分钟后，① 模拟授课，时间为10分钟，总分70分。② 答辩，时间为5分钟，总分30分。满分为100分，合格分数线为60分。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">面试成绩经考场监督员审核后，当场书面告知应聘人员。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（三）总成绩计算方法</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">面试结束后，按笔试成绩占40%、面试成绩占60%的比例计算应聘人员总成绩，只参加面试的岗位面试成绩即为总成绩。笔试、面试、总成绩均按百分制计算。成绩计算环节均取两位小数，第三位小数“四舍五入”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">在笔试、面试均合格的应聘人员中，根据应聘人员的总成绩，按岗位拟聘人员计划数1:1的比例从高分到低分确定参加选岗和体检人员名单（总成绩并列的，以面试成绩高者优先；面试成绩相同，以模拟授课成绩高者优先，模拟授课成绩再相同的，组织加试）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">面试工作结束后，在丰县人民政府网“丰县人事考试”版块（http://218.3.233.8:8181/Default）上公布应聘人员的总成绩。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">四、选岗</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">丰县教育局统一组织选择具体工作岗位。同一招聘岗位，根据招聘站点的时间顺序及本考点应聘人员总成绩从高分到低分依次选择（总成绩并列的，以面试成绩高者优先；面试成绩相同，以模拟授课成绩高者优先，模拟授课成绩再相同的，组织加试）。一经选定，不得更改，现场签订就业协议。选岗结束后，剩余岗位到下一站点进行招聘。 </p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">五、体检考察</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">体检考察工作由丰县教育局统一组织实施。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">参加体检的应聘人员应保持报名时填报联系方式的通畅，以便丰县教育局通知，无法联系者视为自动放弃。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">体检在二级以上综合医院进行。体检标准参照最新的《江苏省教师资格认定体检标准》《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》《公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）》等文件规定执行。体检表须由主检医生审核后明确提出体检是否合格的结论性意见并签名，加盖医疗机构体检专用章或医疗机构公章。体检结果及时通知应聘人员。应聘人员对体检结果有疑问的，本人可以申请复查一次，并到指定的医疗机构重新检查。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">对体检合格人员按有关规定组织考察。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">对应聘人员作出体检、考察不合格决定前，丰县教育局告知应聘人员拟作出的决定及相关事实、理由和依据，并告知应聘人员依法享有陈述和申辩的权利。丰县教育局对应聘人员提出的事实、理由和证据进行复核。对应聘人员作出体检、考察不合格处理决定的，制作体检、考察不合格决定书，依法送达应聘人员。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">因体检、考察不合格或应聘人员放弃聘用资格出现缺额时，不予递补。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">六、公示</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">丰县教育局从考试成绩、体检、考察均合格的人员中研究确定拟聘用人员名单，报丰县人力资源和社会保障局备案后，在招聘公告发布的网站上进行公示。公示的内容包括姓名、拟聘单位及岗位、现工作或学习单位、成绩、排名等。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">公示期间接受社会监督，期限为7个工作日。举报者应实事求是地反映问题，提供必要的调查线索和联系方式，由丰县教育局负责查实。公示期满，符合聘用条件的，办理聘用手续；对反映问题查有实据，不符合聘用条件的，不予聘用。对反映的问题，一时难以查实的，暂缓聘用，待查清后再决定是否聘用。公示期间及期满后，均不进行递补。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">七、聘用</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">公示无异议的，经丰县教育局审核后报丰县人力资源和社会保障局备案。用人单位与聘用人员及时签订聘用合同，并按照政策规定约定试用期和服务期，严格按照聘用合同进行管理。试用期满，经考核合格者，办理任职定岗；考核不合格者，解除聘用合同，取消聘用资格。拟聘用人员与招聘单位订立3年以上（含试用期）聘用合同的，除依法依规解除聘用合同外，应当在招聘单位最低服务3年（含试用期）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">被聘用人员与原单位签有劳动或聘用合同以及其它协议的，由应聘人员在规定的期限内自行负责处理。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">八、考试聘用工作纪律</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">招聘工作坚持“公开、平等、竞争、择优”的原则，严把事业人员“进口”关。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">应聘人员在报名、考试、体检、考察过程中或聘用后查实存在违纪违规行为的，按照《事业单位公开招聘违纪违规行为处理规定》（中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部第35号令）第二章的规定进行处理。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">招聘单位和招聘工作人员有违纪违规行为的，按照《事业单位公开招聘违纪违规行为处理规定》（中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部第35号令）第三章的规定进行处理。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;box-sizing:
