15px;">对于实行多校划片的区域，同一片内不得转学；规定“民办义务教育学校已达到当年计划招生数的，不得安排学生转入”，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong>防止民办学校超计划违规招生</strong></span><span style="font-size:
