1px;">（二）在本省定点零售药店购买药品、医疗器械和医用耗材发生的由个人负担的费用（医疗器械和医用耗材具体包括：口罩、新冠病毒抗原检测试剂、血压计、血糖测试仪、血糖试纸、一次性使用末梢采血针、笔式注射针、体温计、酒精消毒液、棉球、片，碘消毒液、棉球、棉签、创口贴）；</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">个人账户家庭共济信息系统正在不断完善中。现阶段已支持医院端直接划卡结算，不支持手工零星报销，建议参保人就医前提前绑定家庭共济关系，直接划卡结算。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（二）家庭成员发生变化的，主账户人应及时申请变更或终止家庭共济关系；</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（三）主账户人申请设立、变更或终止家庭共济关系，应当提供本人及家庭成员有效身份证件信息、家庭关系承诺书等；</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 1px;">（二）共济功能开通后，家庭成员发生符合个人账户资金使用范围的费用，需要先使用本人的个人账户资金支付；个人账户资金不足的部分，以及本人无个人账户的，通过家庭共济的方式支付。主账户人和家庭成员只能加入一个家庭共济关系，如需变更家庭共济关系，可以在退出后再加入新的家庭共济关系；</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（三）个人账户不得用于公共卫生费用、体育健身或养生保健消费等不属于基本医疗保险保障范围的支出；</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 1px;">（四）家庭成员必须持本人医保卡（或医保电子凭证）就医，对参保人员通过虚构家庭成员关系等情形违规享受家庭共济待遇的，医疗保障部门会停止相关当事人家庭共济待遇，追回使用的医保基金，并按照《社会保险法》《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》等法律法规处理。</span></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-bottom:
