16px;">三、缴费基数的确定</span></strong></p></section></section></section></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;background-color: transparent;letter-spacing: 2px;">1. 用人单位以2022年职工月平均工资收入为依据申报缴费工资基数。工资收入在缴费工资基数上下限范围内的即为缴费基数。2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日工资基数下限暂按4494执行，上限暂按24042元执行。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2. 因工致残被鉴定为一至四级伤残并按月领取伤残津贴的职工，在缴费工资基数上下限标准范围内，以伤残津贴为依据申报缴费工资基数。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3. 缴费基数的组成按《关于工资总额组成的规定》(国家统计局令〔1990〕1号)、《关于规范社会保险缴费基数有关问题的通知》(劳社险中心函〔2006〕60号)和《关于规范养老保险缴费基数有关问题的补充意见》(苏社险管〔2007〕9 号)等规定执行。</span></section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="30609" 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;text-indent: 2em;background-color: transparent;">1. 在职职工通过“江苏省医疗保障局网上服务大厅”批量缴费申报模块按照要求如实填报参保职工缴费工资等相关信息。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2. 有特殊情况无法通过网厅申报的单位可以通过“K盘”特殊业务的“参保单位缴费基数申报”模块进行申报。</span></p><section 参保单位应在规定时间内完成缴费工资基数申报工作。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2. 用人单位应当按月将职工本人职工医疗保险、生育保险缴费基数、单位为其缴纳额和职工本人缴纳额告知职工本人；每年向本单位职工代表大会通报或者在本单位公共场所公布本单位全年职工医疗保险和生育保险缴费人数、单位应缴纳额和实际缴纳额 、职工个人应缴纳总额和实际缴纳总额等情况，接受职工监督。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3. 各级医保经办机构应组织开展本地区年度职工医疗保险、生育保险缴费工资基数申报工作，积极引导用人单位按规定申报缴费工资基数，确保本次基数申报工作的顺利开展。</span></p><p style="text-align:
