border-box;">二是重点纠治形式主义、官僚主义问题。围绕党的二十大确定的战略部署加强监督检查，坚决纠治在贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展以及全面推进乡村振兴等方面空喊口号不抓落实、机械执行、消极应付等问题。紧盯中央和省市县委部署的各项任务落实情况，跟进监督、做实监督，坚决纠治思想麻痹松懈、责任落实不力、“一刀切”、层层加码等问题，保障政令畅通。紧紧围绕确保疫情防控措施调整转段平稳有序加强监督检查，推动相关部门按照党中央的部署，认真落实新阶段疫情防控各项举措，着力保健康、防重症，最大限度减少疫情对人民群众生产生活的影响。着眼于保障人民群众度过欢乐祥和的节日，大力纠治在民生保障、帮扶救助、公共安全等领域不作为、乱作为问题，切实维护群众利益。督促各级领导干部以“时时放心不下”的责任感，狠抓安全生产责任和措施落实，深入排查整治风险隐患，坚决防范和遏制重特大事故发生。聚焦岁末年初以总结部署、考核评先等名义加重基层负担的形式主义问题，纠治随意向基层派任务、要材料过多过频、同一内容视频会议层层套开、“指尖上的形式主义”等问题，注意发现和解决“表现在基层、根子在上面”的现象，保障党员干部有更多时间和精力抓落实。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section border-box;">三是从严查处节日期间享乐主义、奢靡之风问题。聚焦节点易发多发问题，严肃纠治公款吃喝、违规接受管理和服务对象宴请、违规收送礼品礼金、违规发放津补贴或福利、违规操办婚丧喜庆、公车私用等问题，着力防治高档烟酒茶、“豪华年夜饭”、节礼过度包装等背后享乐奢靡苗头倾向，对快递送礼、收送电子红包、在隐蔽场所吃喝等隐形变异问题露头就打，坚决防反弹回潮、防隐形变异、防疲劳厌战。坚持把纠治餐饮浪费问题作为一项重要工作长期抓下去，紧盯公务活动用餐、党政机关和国有企事业单位食堂等重点场所，紧盯党员干部和公职人员，推动带头节约、抵制浪费、引领风尚。督促市场监管、商务等部门找准薄弱环节，加强对餐饮行业的监管约束，治理大众餐饮浪费问题。着力纠治“三公”经费等支出违规问题，加强对公务接待、公车配备使用、因公出国（境）相关制度执行情况的监督检查，严肃纠治“三公”经费违规支出、年底突击花钱、挤占挪用专项资金等问题，坚决查处以其他名目违规报销“三公”费用规避监督等行为，推动财政、审计等部门落实监管责任，及时移送问题线索，严肃查处典型问题，强化警示震慑。</p></section></section></section></section><section
