<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p style='margin-bottom: 0em;' data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><br></p><section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>为进一步加大住房公积金助企纾困力度，帮助受疫情影响的企业和缴存人共同渡过难关，近日，住房和城乡建设部、财政部、人民银行发布《关于实施住房公积金阶段性支持政策的通知》（以下简称《通知》），<strong>对因受疫情影响，企业缓缴住房公积金、缴存人延迟还款等情况提供阶段性政策支持。</strong></span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>《通知》提出，受新冠肺炎疫情影响的企业，可按规定申请缓缴住房公积金，到期后进行补缴。在此期间，缴存职工正常提取和申请住房公积金贷款，不受缓缴影响。</span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>受新冠肺炎疫情影响的缴存人，不能正常偿还住房公积金贷款的，不作逾期处理，不作为逾期记录报送征信部门。</span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>此外，各地根据当地房租水平和合理租住面积，可提高住房公积金租房提取额度，支持缴存人按需提取，更好地满足缴存人支付房租的实际需要。</span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></section><section style='margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>《通知》指出，<strong>上述支持政策实施时限暂定至2022年12月31日。</strong>各地要按照本通知要求，高度重视，周密部署，省、自治区人民政府要做好政策实施的指导监督，直辖市、设区城市（含地、州、盟）人民政府和新疆生产建设兵团可结合本地企业受疫情影响的实际，提出具体实施办法，并在支持政策到期后做好向住房公积金常规性政策的衔接过渡。各地住房公积金管理中心要通过综合服务平台等渠道，实现更多业务网上办、掌上办、指尖办，保障疫情期间住房公积金服务平稳运行。</span></section></section></section></section></section><section style='margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;'><br></section><section><span style='color: rgb(136, 136, 136);'>来源：人民网</span></section></div><p></p>
