17px;">医生介绍，实际上，很多真菌都是条件致病菌，正常情况下在人体皮肤黏膜上也会存在，而在皮肤黏膜有损伤时或者病人自身抵抗力下降之后，和真菌接触后就容易感染。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><br></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">采耳店用的鹅毛，实际上就是一个真菌的“超级载体”。“</span><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>高温消毒、消毒液浸泡消毒都能够有效杀灭真菌</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;">外耳道真菌感染的主要表现就是耳朵痒、耳朵痛，同时耳朵分泌物增多，通过清洗耳道、外用药膏，必要时口服药物，一般两周左右就能好转。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><br></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">有一类基因特殊的人群，耵聍腺体的分泌特别多，以油性分泌物为主，称为</span><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>“油耳”，和正常的耵聍一样，都能对耳道起到保护的作用</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;">医生说，在医院里，耳道清洗是通过专业消毒的仪器、工具，对于一些“顽固”耵聍，会使用5%的碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡耳道、溶解耵聍后再冲洗。“其实如果没有那些花哨项目，采耳也没啥采的。耵聍取出，在医院门诊收费每边耳朵也就10多元。”</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><br></section><section 17px;">“到采耳店采耳确实可以把耵聍取出来，但同时也可能因为一些采耳人员不专业而导致损伤，门诊中最严重的例子就是采耳导致鼓膜损伤，更常见的就是因为物品消毒不彻底引起的真菌感染。”医生建议，如果确实要到采耳店的话，应该选择卫生状况良好、能确保工具正确消毒以及员工培训到位的店家。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">如果用棉签清理，很可能将外耳道口的耵聍推到里面，与鼓膜相贴，无法排出，长期堆积会堵塞外耳道，还有可能损伤鼓膜。如果使用的棉签不卫生，反而会引起一些外耳道的疾病。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:
