color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: transparent;'><p style='text-align:center;vertical-align:inherit;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 76, 65);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>关于开展2022年节日期间</span></strong></span></p><p style='text-align:center;vertical-align:inherit;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 76, 65);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>电子计价秤计量专项检查的通知</span></strong></span></p><p style='vertical-align:inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>各县（市）区、经济技术开发区、高新技术产业开发区市场监督管理局，市局淮海国际港务区分局，徐州市检验检测中心：</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>为加强“春节”期间节日市场监管，积极营造安全放心的消费环境，依法打击计量违法行为，保护消费者权益，确保节日期间市场平稳有序，经研究，决定开展全市范围内电子计价秤计量专项检查。现将有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>一、检查内容</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'></span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 76, 65);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>集贸市场、超市、便利店、餐饮单位，在用电子计价秤是否依法检定合格且在有效期内；有无破坏计量器具准确度、计量作弊等违法违规行为；“六统一”管理集贸市场，是否在显著位置设置符合要求的公平秤，是否存在外带电子计价秤入场经营等情况。</span></strong></span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>二、检查时间</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'></span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 76, 65);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>发文之日起至2022年2月28日</span></strong></span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>三、检查要求</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'></span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（一）各县（市）区局要结合当地实际，按照上述检查内容，有计划的开展检查工作，要充分利用12315、新闻媒体、网站等平台和消费者的投诉、举报，收集信息、发现线索，查办一批严重违法违规行为，现场检查时，凡发现有作弊装置（或作弊功能）嫌疑的电子计价秤，应立即依法从严查处。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（二）电子计价秤与广大消费者生活密切相关，一些经营户，特别是海鲜、水产等摊位的经营者使用电子计价秤短斤少两，肆意侵犯消费者利益，损害诚信社会建设。各地要充分认识使用有作弊功能电子计价秤行为的危害，给予坚决打击。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（三）对检查中发现的问题要深挖细究，查清问题原因，对未按规定申请检定以及经检定不合格继续使用的，要责令其停止使用并处罚款；对明知故犯、屡教不改，存在计量欺诈等恶劣行为的，视情对其实施信用联合惩戒；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（四）各单位充分发挥新闻媒体和报刊报纸等的宣传作用，加大相关法律法规和计量政策的宣传，提高广大群众的法治意识，督促经营者懂法守法，诚信经营。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（五）各县（市）区局要落实属地监管，加大检查力度，层层压实责任。对认识不到位、工作推动不力、徇私舞弊的，一经发现，严肃处理。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>各单位请于3月1日前，将检查情况总结、图片及附表（见附件）报送市局计量处（邮箱：xzjlc6427@126.com）。</span></p><p style='vertical-align: inherit;'><br></p><p style='text-align:right;vertical-align:inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>徐州市市场监督管理局</span></p><p style='text-align:right;vertical-align:inherit;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2022年1月11日</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph"><p style='vertical-align:inherit;'><br></p></section><p style='outline: 0px;
