text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>1、自2021年9月20日开始，徐州市失业登记业务线上线下渠道均暂时停止办理，2021年10月11日恢复正常办理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2、自2021年9月20日开始，徐州市灵活就业登记业务线上线下渠道均暂时停止办理，2021年10月11日恢复正常办理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>二、调整就业技能培训和岗位技能培训业务办理期</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>1、自公告发布之日起，暂停各职业培训机构（企业）技能培训开班申请。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2、培训合格且符合职业技能培训补贴申报条件的参培学员，务必在2021年9月10日前通过“徐州市公共就业网上服务大厅”或服务大厅窗口申报培训补贴。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>3、2021年9月10日至2021年10月10日，将关停培训机构（企业）k盘线上全部业务办理功能，关停线下“徐州市人力资源和社会保障业务系统”培训补贴申请业务和线上“徐州市公共就业网上服务大厅”个人培训补贴业务。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>三、调整就业困难人员灵活社保补贴业务申报期</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>调整2021年3季度灵活就业社保补贴申报时间，基层平台受理时间为2021年9月1日至2021年9月15日，9月16日至10月10日暂停办理。请灵活就业人员提前作好缴费准备，确保申报正常进行。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>四、调整用人单位用（退）工业务办理期</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>1、调整2021年9月用人单位用（退）工业务（含灵活就业人员）办理截止时间。2021年9月用人单位用（退）工业务受理截止时间为2021年9月18日17点30分，请各用人单位在此时间点前办结9月份职工用工参保及退工停保手续，过此时间后原“徐州市公共就业网上服务大厅”的“录用备案和退工登记”网办平台将关闭，K盘停止使用。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2、2021年9月20日17点后，原“徐州市人社一体化信息系统”网办平台所有经办业务将关闭，K盘停止使用。2021年10月11日8时起，“江苏省人力资源和社会保障一体化信息平台”将在徐州市（含县、市、区）正式切换上线运行，届时徐州市的各类用人单位、群众可登录该平台办理涉及人社部门的社会保险业务。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>五、调整失业保险相关业务办理期</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>1、失业金、失业补助金申领业务于2021年9月1日至2021年9月10日工作日内正常办理，因重新就业退费业务于2021年9月1日至2021年9月7日工作日内正常办理。2021年9月9日至2021年9月18日失业金、失业补助金待遇结算发放并代缴领取失业金人员医疗保险。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2、企业参保职工技能提升补贴申请业务于2021年9月1日至2021年9月18日工作日内正常办理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>3、已核定过失业保险待遇（即已领取告知书）人员 ，请务必在2021年9月17日前通过“徐州就业网上公共服务平台”或就近社区办理申领手续。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>六、调整失业人员退休预约登记地点</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2021年9月19日起，全面取消失业人员在所属社区预约退休登记业务。自10月起，凡档案存放在徐州人力资源服务中心的失业人员，在到达法定退休年龄的前一个月，由本人携带身份证或社保卡于6日至15日到徐州人力资源服务中心Ｂ区一楼大厅前台预约（节假日除外）。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;
