max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>因应聘人员资格复审不合格或自动放弃面试资格出现的岗位空缺，从该岗位体能测试合格的人员中按成绩从高分到低分的顺序依次递补（体能测试成绩相同者，以1000米跑成绩高者优先，再相同者，以引体向上成绩高者优先）。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>资格复审合格的当场发放面试通知书，面试费每人100元（现金）。与有关单位签订劳动合同或其他协议的，须提供单位同意报考证明。同意报考证明最迟在体检前提供，否则视为自动放弃体检和后续环节的资格。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>体检考察工作由丰县公安局统一组织。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>面试结束后，根据考生总成绩，按招聘岗位拟招聘人数1：1的比例从高分到低分确定参加考察体检人员（总成绩并列，以体能测试成绩高者优先；体能测试成绩再并列，以1000米跑成绩高者优先）。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>体检参照修订后的《公安机关招录人民警察体检项目和标准（试行）》及《公安机关招录人民警察体检操作手册（试行）》执行。体检时间、地点另行通知。体检不合格者，按考试总成绩从高分到低分依次递补。体检表由主检医生审核后明确提出体检是否合格的结论性意见并签名，加盖医疗机构体检专用章或医疗机构公章。体检结果及时通知应聘人员。应聘人员对体检结果有疑问的，本人可以申请复查一次，并到指定的医疗机构重新检查。体检所产生的一切费用由应聘人员本人承担。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>考察参照《公安机关录用人民警察考核和政审工作暂行规定》实施。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>对应聘人员作出考察、体检不合格决定前，告知应聘人员拟作出的决定及相关事实、理由和依据，并告知应聘人员依法享有陈述和申辩的权利。对应聘人员提出的事实、理由和证据，应当进行复核。对应聘人员作出考察体检不合格处理决定的，制作考察体检不合格决定书，依法送达应聘人员。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; text-indent: 2em;'>公示期间接受社会和应聘人员监督，期限为5个工作日。举报者应实事求是地反映问题，提供必要的调查线索和联系方式，由丰县公安局负责查实。公示期满，符合录用条件的，办理录用手续；对反映问题查有实据，不符合录用条件的，不予录用；对反映的问题，一时难以查实的，暂缓录用，待查清后再决定是否录用。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>录聘人员与丰县保安服务公司签订劳动合同，由丰县公安局巡特警大队统一使用，需服从岗位调剂。聘期三年，试用期二个月，试用期内工资按当地最低工资标准1.5倍的80%执行（含企业五险个人承担部分），具有A1驾驶证人员另行增加岗位补贴；试用期满，经考核合格，工资按当地最低工资标准1.5倍执行，额外津补贴根据单位实际运营自行调整。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;'>试用期间不能适应岗位工作要求、试用期满经考核不合格人员或本人自愿离岗的，解除聘用合同。</strong>拟聘用人员与原单位签有劳动或聘用合同以及其他协议的，由应聘人员本人在招聘公示期满之日起1个月内自行负责解除，否则视为自动放弃聘用资格。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 10px; 大老爷们挣这点工资不如多勤快点多挣两个给家里实在， 说白了就是个高级点的保安 出了事就是临时工(外包保安服务公司)，说白了，就是临时工，与警校毕业的特警天差地别。工资待遇没法说。除非你特别热爱这个职业就当是圆梦吧。
丰县最低工资1620，转正后扣掉五险，到手2000都危险。是不是还有啥外快，不然哪个大老爷们愿意干这个 看看房价再看看工资，唉

临时工！！！！！！！！
没有看到吗？和保安服务公司签订劳动合同，弄得像招聘公务员一样正规，带有很强的迷惑性。想让别人干活，又不想出钱，说白了就是BP。
