0);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>他告诉记者：“学生时代非常热爱运动。后来工作，有时感觉压力挺大，便会以自己喜欢的运动方式缓解压力。经常在运动场上见面，两人就渐渐熟悉起来。先是见面打个招呼，后来越聊越多，逐渐互生情愫。结婚后他们也会通过各种活动活跃气氛、舒缓生活和工作的节奏。</span></section><p 0);'>三十年来，两人在工作生活中互相支持、互相安慰，一步一个脚印走了过来。2010年，他们的儿子张宇在读高三，张洪福老师除了教学工作外，还要处理高二年级的管理事务，很大一部分精力都放在学生身上，照顾自己孩子的时间就少了，有时甚至连给孩子买早饭的时间都没有。</span></section></section></section><section 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>在张素芹老师眼里，虽然丈夫以校为家、很少考虑家里的事情，但她一直都持包容理解的态度。近年来，为了能够弥补一些曾经的亏欠，张洪福老师常常会在周末下厨，看网上的美食教程，变着花样做一些妻子爱吃的饭菜。“他挺勤快，喜欢做饭，而且手艺也不错。”</span></p><section 0);'>谈到最初为什么都愿意要当老师，两人的解释都很简单，主要想和孩子们在一起。现在他们也总结出来自己的工作经验，“作为老师，首先要有爱心和责任心，如果一个老师能够做到热爱学生，关心爱护学生，就可以成为学生的良师益友，学生就能亲其师，信其道”。</span></section><section style='text-align: center;margin-bottom:
