开学季来临 ，很多学生骑电车上学 ，停车后头盔放哪里呢？是个问题！抱教室里？直接放车篮里？
去了几次车管所，都没排上号，国标车子又慢，来回两趟需要一个多小时，说是给安排临时上车牌的点，也没听说在哪安排的，还给不给安排，反正是不想再次跑空办牌，到现在也没上车牌呢{:mocs_13:}
现在上学的路上非机动车道到处违停，大中型车辆，希望有关部门进行查处，太危险了，让非机动车无法通行，只能进去机动车行驶，没有办法
三个小孩及以上的怎么办 送人吗？

就是，，政府得给个合理的安排，现在大部分家家都有两个孩子，另外一个不可能把他一个人扔家里吧。
只知道把责任推给非机动车，难道汽车一点责任都没有？所有的交通事故都是非机动车造成的？

只能骑人力三轮车接送两个小孩，或者开车（学校门口拥堵，不大现实），感觉回到了我们那个年代{:mocs_9:}就是不知道以后会不会限制一个人力三轮车只能带一个人。

法律规定14岁以下的小朋友是不允许骑电动车的
不是12月1号才开始么？慌里啥回回

买车！！！！！
未满12周岁还不能带，4年级以下的家长就不要考虑带孩子的问题了！锻炼一下让孩子自己上学去吧！不能给政府添麻烦！
