判的太轻，最少三个月，然后销毁车辆。
罚款了吗？他们不是有钱吗？
这些人不当一回事，五天罚点钱一点也解决不了问题，这些家伙谁把这两钱放眼里。重罚，跟信用挂购，上黑名单，十年不能取消。
