2em;'>丰县小李寨村因为没有公路，学生上学、农副产品运输十分不便，他看在眼里，急在心上，主动协调市县交通部门，终于获得上级拨款16万元。</span><span style='font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'>修路施工期间，他在老家住了52天，参与规划、监督施工。</span><span style='font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'>程子书院是丰县教育史上的灿烂明珠，为复建书院，他多次向丰县县委、县政府报送书面方案，并带头捐款筹资，经过六年的努力，已完成大成殿、书香阁、仰圣门、石碑坊，东西配房各3间，院落5个，其它配房12间，巨型书法碑廊1座，现在的辉煌大殿和党史教育馆、廉政历史馆已对外开放。</span></p><p style='margin-right: 15px;margin-bottom: 2em;'>办学期间，克服多种困难，带领教职员工不计报酬，艰苦创业，探索前进，跨进了全省老年大学的先进行列。</span><span style='font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'>目前，第二老年大学已发展到113个班级，学员超过7000人，成为老有所教、老有所学、老有所乐和老有所为的重要阵地。</span></p><p style='margin-right: 2em;'>李鸿民同志甘于奉献、乐于付出，他和老伴出身农村，只有李老一人工资，生活并不富裕，平时省吃俭用，但面对需要帮助困难群众和亟需资助的家乡建设时，李老却出手“阔绰”，仅有的十余万积蓄，都捐给了家乡的学校和书院。</span><span style='font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'>他的老伴一辈子没工作、没医疗保险，生病拿药没有用过一次他的医保卡，也从未让子女利用自己的权力影响去享受特殊待遇，真正以清正廉洁的作风带出了良好的家风。</span></p><section style='margin-right: 0em;margin-left: 0em;text-align:
