请问路牙子能切掉20—50厘米吗？我自己出钱用砂子水泥弄好，这样既不影响美观，机动车也上不来，又不影响排水。因为从路牙子到我家不到2米，轮椅和电动车上来很费劲，出行和回家很不方便。
