2.小区地下车位开发商只卖不租。
3.小区内没有电动车停放和充电的地方，门外的充电费用由年前的1元4小时改成了1元3小时。
4.小区业主的快递没有地方放，虽然物业指定了一个放快递的地方，但是快递放那会经常丢失。
就说丰县那个楼盘没有问题就好了。监管部门有作为吗？爆料有用吗？平时也没少爆料，有没有作用？非要赶个315凑个热度吗？

观澜郡大玩文字游戏，欺诈诱导签订认购书行为，血汗钱打了水漂，让购房者苦不堪言。
开盘当日，售房部大搞声势，在不确定户型.楼层.价格的情况下诱导签字。在当时环境下消费者的思路完全被打乱，只能按照售房人员设定好的思路签字(流水式签字)。没有购房经验的，纷纷不加思索签字走人。以至于退认筹金的时候，被动无奈认售房人员牵着鼻子走，消费者有苦难言。
再此强烈谴责开发商与售房部，蛇鼠一窝坑骗消费者认筹金。
请还我们血汗钱！！！
为什么没有滨河蓝庭？说好的十二月底上房，到现在了也不上房，去售楼处找他们，就说经理不在，没回来，在外地……打电话也是在出差……是去修仙了吗？？？？一直敷衍了事！到底能不能上房，什么时候上房，什么原因延期，也从来不解释，顾左右而言他！！！！！！之前就是觉得可以十二月底上房没有计较合同的延期违约金万分之零点一，也就是因为违约金少，开发商才不在乎吧！一点好感全败完了，后悔！！！！！

东方春城，2016年37#，38#，39#开始发售，置业顾问说的当年年底就可以提前装修，合同是19年底，我不求提前上房，我只想问问那些置业顾问心里舒服吗，拿了钱就不管了，有没有37，38，39号楼的，是不是都是一样的结果

投诉锦绣东城虚假宣传，买房时说的地下室办独立产权，现在不给办。连个说法都没有！物业不作为！！！！要钱比谁都积极，就是不干实事。
有好多房墙开裂，墙渗水，水泥号不达标，房顶漏水，预质顶厚度不够，外粉墙偷减料等等﹉﹉。一辈子房奴省吃俭用，买来的‘是绝望、灰心、伤心、流泪。没有上房的希望丰县房管部门严把质量关，给咱老百姓撑起一片天！ 代表丰县的老百姓谢谢了！
